About The Artwork
As an artist, I am always seeking to capture the beauty of nature in my work. For this particular painting, I was inspired by the natural wonder of the River Valley in Edmonton. The vibrant colours and dynamic shapes of the landscape drew me in, and I knew that I had to create something special to share with others. My goal with this painting was to create a sense of joy and happiness, perfect for celebrating the New Year with an old friend. The bright colours and playful shapes evoke a feeling of hope and renewal, reminding us all of the promise of a new year and the beauty of the natural world. Although the original painting has been gifted to my friend, prints are now available for anyone who wishes to share in the joy and wonder of this beautiful landscape.
