About The Artwork

That day I wanted red and then the colored shades with knife and brushes came to inhabit the picture. This work inspires me a spring joy by its radiance of yellow and orange and well on its red "earth". It reminds me of South Dakota... Acrylic with knife and brushes Canvas stretched on wooden frame

French Woman) For me Abstract painting is emotion in colors. forms, energies, arise for a plural look I liked art very early, I started with drawing and painting (freehand reproductions). My motivation was always need to create. I realized it by writing and especially by self-taught painting. I secretly nurtured a vocation of artistic expression that grew in power. I visited galleries and museums in France and abroad, I followed artistic learning (university drawing course: figurative). Visits to the workshops of contemporary painters who kindly welcomed me, were the definitive trigger in years 2000 of a more intense practice. My taste for aesthetics, colors, textures and free expression of deep emotions naturally led me to contemporary on the margins of my professional activities. I took online acrylic painting courses. Here are some of my paintings. I use acrylic for its fluidity. I work mainly with brushes, brushes, sterilizers, sometimes in mixed technology with knives, spatulas, sponges, hands, sprays, pouring. I try to combine spontaneity and pictorial structure. My starting point can be intuition, impression, nsight (an inner vision), colour, line, shape… I like surprises and plastic incidents. I often play with effects of reliefs, movements, drops, dissonances, contrasts, irruptions, unfinished.
