This paining is influenced by the goddess of knowledge and arts, represents the free flow of wisdom and consciousness to all, in her hands she has a musical instrument (the veena), in another a pen (to capture knowledge for future generations) and scriptures (the collective universal knowledge) in the other. The peacock’s representing, beauty, arrogance and fickleness go in the background, conceding the foreground to wisdom and knowledge.

My influence and inspiration are first colors, bright colors and then almost everything I see, imagine, feel, believe and do not believe in. These present works have been influenced by the colorful descriptions and cultural vibrancy of Indian Hindu mythology, something I have grown up with and have had around me all my life.
