About The Artwork
This piece is titled Shaman's Dream because of the images that organically came through while I was creating it. The robed shaman like figure at the center, the large tropical bird spirit totem along the left edge and pile of snakes at the base. While all intended images, I believe they were born of my life long interest in mythology, shamanism and dream symbols, erupting from the depths of my psyche archives.There is a potency to the piece that feels mystical and alive. You could stare at for a lifetime and find something new each time.
