About The Artwork
“Sirian Priestess” is a painting I created depicting a Sirian extraterrestrial. She is a spiritual leader and works through healing, magic, and the arts. She has beautiful blue skin, is wearing a red gown, and is adorned in golden Sirian armor embellished with rubies. I hope this painting empowers the viewer, bringing healing energy to them, and inspires their magic within. This painting was created in acrylic paint on birch wood, with a blue and purple nebulous sky, and pink, yellow, and white stars. The style can be described as animated, illustrative, flat, and graphic, because I am deeply inspired by modern American animation, and I like to keep the paint as flat as possible, with minimal brushstrokes to create a vector illustration type of look. “Sirian Priestess” is 11”x14” with a depth of ¾”. The edges have been painted in metallic gold paint, which is a reference for my love of Oracle decks, and the painting has been varnished for its protection. No hardware for hanging is included. This artwork would be suitable on an entryway wall, above the sofa or fireplace in the living room, or on the wall of a quiet and meditative space.

Hello there! My name is Klaryssa, and I am a painter, illustrator, and musician living in southern California, USA. I have been creating art ever since I could pick up a pencil, and started creating music when I was 7 years old. After living over a decade in Los Angeles, I moved to Tehachapi, CA, where I work as an illustrator and composer. I studied fine art, illustration, and animation at California State University, Fullerton. I have created artwork for global fashion brands, independent fashion brands, feature films, social media influencers, and independent business owners. I am currently working with and am a co-founder of an art and music collective, based in both Tehachapi, and Los Angeles. My artistic style is deeply influenced by animation, comics, and pop art. I love using bright neon colors combined with pastels in my work. The themes of my work center around femininity, spirituality, extraterrestrials, and the pastel goth style. I am also greatly influenced by low brow pop surrealism, graphic novels, modern western animation, and illustration.
