About The Artwork

My painting “Summer morning” is one of a kind. I created it from a blank canvas in my own personal studio. “Summer morning” has unique movement, art techniques, and design to it. I used only two colors - white and gold, mixed in different proportions, and also used a pure color. These chaotic strokes and colored spots - this is what arises in my soul when I plunge with all my senses into a sparkling and shining summer morning, these chaotic strokes and colored spots - this is what arises in my soul when I plunge with all my senses into a sparkling and shining summer morning. Golden and white feelings, if they can be expressed in color, and reflected in gold on a white canvas. One of my favorite parts of the process is the very beginning - the always shaky first brushstrokes as I dive into a fresh canvas, feeling my way through the composition until it all settles into place. I think this one was especially meaningful - breakthrough mastering particular technique, experiments pushing my limits.

I have been drawing my entire adult life, I did not consider it as a hobby or art, it was just that this occupation took up all my free time. I graduated from high school art, and unfortunately my profession was not related to art. But the constant search for beauty in everything haunted me in technical areas. Art does not let me go, and I found the deepest satisfaction in trying to reflect the eternal and all-embracing beauty of the world around me, eternally changing and eternally beautiful. The nature around us is the most beautiful thing that God created, and every artist is immensely happy when he manages to at least partially reflect this high energy in his works. For me, this is the meaning of art. I push myself to create more depth and dimension than ever before, intricate layers of detail juxtaposed against broader strokes of movement and color. One of my favorite parts of the process is the very beginning - the always shaky first brushstrokes as I dive into a fresh canvas, feeling my way through the composition until it all settles into place. I realize some are especially meaningful - breakthroughs mastering particular techniques, experiments pushing my limits.
