About The Artwork
I was at a farm in North Carolina and saw this baby lamb with it's mother. I thought that it was very sweet laying there and hope that viewers will fee the same thing when they see my painting. I chose to make it impressionistic because I am an impressionist painter. Plus, I was hoping by painting it this way that the fur would appear to be softer.

Sherri moved to Atlanta, Georgia in her early twenties where she worked and met her husband. They married and moved to Guatemala for five years where he did research work and she immersed herself in the culture and art scene. Their first daughter was born there. Their second daughter was born soon after they returned to The United States of America.
