About The Artwork

This is my maiden work before my original design "Isogin*". Mr. Takahiro Kimura, my painting mentor, complimented me on this work, saying that it was the best painting I (Fujinuma) had ever done, and it was a memorial work that inspired me to start painting in earnest. The characteristic of this work is its unique blotchiness. The image of the work expresses the intense heat with colors. The blotches represent the heat, fever, sweat, and sluggishness of a complex heat wave. I named it "Isogin" from the Japanese word "Isoginchaku", which means "anemone" in Japanese, because of its anemon-like pattern.

◇ Birthplace Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture ◇ Current address Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture ◇My own background and motivation for production Originally, we ran natural food restaurants to solve the problems of genetically modified foods and seeds. From the encounter teaching of painting mentor Takahiro Kimura※, I learned that painting can be used to convey energy to people. Therefore, even though it takes a lot of hurdles and individual efforts to solve problems such as food problems, I started working on this work, hoping that I could convey the energy for that with the paintings I drew and make an effort. It was. ※Takahiro Kimura profile➾http://www.faceful.org/profile/ My work was named "Isogin " from the name of the early pattern: sea anemone (Japanese isoginnchaku). Its features are "circle", "color" and "bleeding". The intention of "Isogin" is By doing various things in a life where everything is normal, something with a taste and unexpected wonderful things are born. I want to express that "you can meet new things by taking on challenges" through "Isogin". "Isogin" gives the viewer vitality for tomorrow by expressing the characteristic flow of energy with the pattern of stains. ◇ My artistic influence and where I draw inspiration Studied under Takahiro Kimura, a painting mentor. It is often produced at Self-employed cafe after closing. ◇ Selected media / details and their reasons Use paints and acrylic paints, and paint and watercolors to create bleeding.
