About The Artwork

IIn this vibrant acrylic work, I've captured a solitary sunflower reaching upward, a symbol of joy and resilience. By blending impressionist strokes with realistic detail, I evoke a sense of optimism. This painting embodies a dance of color and light, designed to infuse any space with a warm, inviting glow that lifts the spirit and brightens the heart. 40 x 30 x 0,5 cm 2023 Acrylic on cardboard This painting depicted a sunflower in Air, field, camomile, margarita, road, square, peony, sky autumn, summer, spring, park. trees, flowers, grass, water, lake, river, sea, pond, fountain, forest, rest, sky, sick. sun, nature. landscape. I am an Ukrainian artist based in Austria, My paintings come from a love for the creative process, love for nature, and love for color. I love to work with color and light in representing the places and moods I have seen. Most of the works begin from sketches, photographs, or just memories of a walk. My work is as much about memory as it is about the place. I look upon my paintings as a map of my life, which I am constantly creating. At some point, the painting process inevitably takes over and starts to generate the painting's subsequent direction. To me, it is the way it can morph into a different state in minutes. My finished piece needs to feel balanced to me. Balanced in the colors I used, a balance in the light. Original elements can then be re-introduced to the work.
