ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The yellow facade is shining in the sunlight. I look at the windows, trying to notice movements of people, but I only see the contours of plants. Is a garden there? a man with a mustache is walking nearby - is he the owner of this Sunny Facade? The path along the house is raised above water, and its surface is calm and luminous like the waters of Venice. Oh, Venice! It lives two parallel lives: with and without the sun, always balancing between melancholy and dazzling joy of life. How many times have I been surprised by this beautiful transformation! I often think about it, especially in November when the sunlight has a special, magical power. In my country, the moment when the long-awaited sun appears, changes everything for you at once. _ Author`s technique on paper using pigments, acrylic colors, pastels and wax crayon.

Dreams inspire most of my creative work. In my view, dreams are of great value because they store a large number of ideas, stories and characters. I think also that some dreams bring a message which can be important to someone. So I want to share them with other people. In my artworks I try to find the optimal balance between drawing and painting. I am fascinated by the black and white free-line-drawing which is very lightweight and able to perfectly convey any character. In its turn the color is important to express the general mood or to put accents. After studying in art academies, I continue to experiment and to improve this technique on paper and on canvas using ink and chalk crayons for drawing.
