Egypt left us with a big cultural package and one of their main activities was to observe the stars, and the stars gave them points of reference on witch they build not only their structures but also their lives. They mirrored the sky and the sky had much to offer. In this painting we have the Orion Constellation with the 3 stars of his belt witch correspond directly to the position on the 3 Giza Pyramids. The painting represents the fight between the new and the old. The Pharaoh and pyramids represent the old, rigid, unchanging order witch are attacked by the new forms of the hunter in an epic battle that takes place every now from the beginning of time till present.
