Miguel is a watercolorist and illustrator who has fully dedicated to painting since the 80s. In recent years, he has gradually passed from illustrating to creating works designed for the pleasure of their display only. Miguel comes from an artistic background and a family related to art. He is the son of Miguel and Maria Gloria Ibarz Serraclara, cousin of Salvador Dali, he spent his childhood surrounded by artists from the Sala Gaspar in Barcelona, his parents, and of course all the artistic elite from that time in Spain. He recalls that as a child, he found it confusing when he saw in books, reproductions of paintings that were hanging on the walls of his home or the photos of the people he knew or lived with.
