About The Artwork
The Electrical Doll was inspired by the dolls I used to make as a child and by the toys created by Paul Klee for his son, Felix Klee. I found similarities between the image of the dolls that I used to create during my childhood and the objects that Klee made for his Puppet Circus. I have tried to recover this type of creative- playful energy. In this way were born the portraits of my early memories handmade dolls .
