About The Artwork

This original artwork is a reflections on what the world would be like after the disappearance of civilization. What if it would not be like that illustrated in such films as Mad Max or others about horrible apocalypse? Maybe, on the contrary, the world would be very quiet, calm, beautiful, placidly and full of bright and vibrant colours. Maybe bathroom ducks would find freedom from gravity and fly away between picturesque vanilla clouds. The artwork is painted with high qualitative acrylics on stretched canvas. It's ready to hang. The painting is finished with matte varnish which protects it from dust and sunlight.

I’m Ukrainian emerging independent artist. My skills are an ideal mix of self-education and academic study. In my paintings I investigate colours, their correlation and symbiosis with each other, the impact of colours on me and viewers. Art also teaches me watching the surrounding environment. It affects my life philosophy and brings new findings and thinking. The art is my greatest passion. I use it for the communication with people and the Universe. I express my thoughts, emotions and philosophy through my paintings. I also believe that every individual discovering my artwork takes part in creating its sense and meaning. Consequently, every painting reflects my and viewers’ experiences and environments in which we live, think and feel. We create all senses together. Every individual is a separate Universe but communication with others changes us and leads to the evolution of our inners spaces. The art process is also a relationship between an artist and colors. The painting involves me so much that colors become alive and influence my actions and vision. My experience affects new artworks’ meaning. Simultaneously, the painting changes my individuality through new emotions, visions, and feelings.
