the folk singer from India comes from the northern part, and generally performs in marriages and festivals as entertainment, but as more mediums come up technologically and the internet revolution, these traditional folk arts are diminishing. I found one such artist at a fair, who was playing the Sarangi and was very much inspired by his attire and felt it would be a nice composition to inspire. I am sure the viewer will feel a very bright, energetic vibe reflected in watercolour to possess and keep at home or private space. The artist is a member of the International watercolour society and his works are sold and kept in a private collection.
