About The Artwork
This painting depicts a summery lilly pool on the Knockdow Estate in Toward, Argyll, Scotland. I wanted to paint this view as I always find it a very tranquil, serene place & hope you think I have managed to capture that essence. This work was probably influenced most by the impressionists & Pre Raphaelites. I will make sure the work is securely wrapped for postage. Was painted wet onto dry.
