ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece was inspired by my Mongolian background and ancestors. With the help of watching many documentaries and films about the Mongol history, I learned that archery and horse riding are two of the most famous activities done for leisure so I decided to incorporate that into my piece by drawing a hunter with a bow and arrow riding on a horse. As for the background of the hunter, I painted a vast green field to represent the beautiful landscapes of Mongolia. I hope it's viewers see from this painting the beauty of Mongolia and maybe this painting might even inspire you to travel there one day.
