About The Artwork

Protect the line between people, don't cross the line, there are high barriers between classes, invisible walls, etc... There are many stories about lines and walls. It is no exaggeration to say that the society in which we live is composed of visible or invisible walls and lines.Sociologically, but physically and aesthetically, the city consists of high skyscrapers and aggressive straight lines of buildings. Personally, I thought the distance between people and the "line" that maintains that distance was very important. I hate the embarrassment and discomfort of someone crossing that invisible line I tried not to cross the line as much as I could. But now that I think about it, happy coincidences and accidents will not happen unless the countless lines between people penetrate or invade each other. The various lines in the work have ambiguous boundaries. It is partially spread and where the lines intersect, there are also glittering jewels embedded. It's not just the boundaries between people, it's the difference in class, religion, and economics, not the solid lines or walls of a castle All of that is to give it a chance to blend in at any time. And the happy events that can happen when the line is pierced are everywhere like jewels. Of course, the accident is not always beautiful. Therefore, the work does not shine or shine perfectly. The traces of oil pastels and the feeling of old canvas are still alive. It's very similar to our lives. It shows that it is not perfect or beautiful, but sometimes it can be fine and beautiful even if it makes mistakes or lines and lines penetrate.
