1942, Liengpao Saetia, my grandfather had left China and been a great refugee artist in the Suphanburi province of Thailand. Without an education but passion, he has created so many traditional masterpieces representing his painting skills for so many events and places for the Chinese refugee association in the province such as Temple Walls and Chinese opera Scenes. He has also led the private art class and shared his skills with primary school teachers. Liengpao did not find the penury he has encountered is a barrier to express the beauty and ideology of the life he found in Nature. He had still painted and curated his works in the best way. I am gifted by Liengpao's passion and 45 pages wove paper sketchbook. My grandfather's artworks are impressive and naive.
