About The Artwork

The winter came quickly, ice covering the water before the tree lost its pink leaves. Three knytt are walking on thin ice. (A Knytt is a shy little being who lives in a forest. If they live on an island in the archipelago without trees, the make their home among the rocks. They come in many forms. Knytts were coined by Tove Jansson, creator of the Moomins. Most Finns and Swedes can throw in the expression in daily speak. )
