ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A visit to the sea on a stormy day, watching the thunder clouds roll in and the waves churning onto the shore so dramatically was my inspiration. The feeling of the wind and the smell of the ocean are what I hope the viewer can sense as I did. I used a palette knife and acrylic paint for the speed of application. The edges are painted so no frame is required, but if the new owner wishes to frame I would suggest a wooden floater frame so that the edge of the canvas is visible. The painting is wired for hanging.
