About The Artwork
The painting presents one of the characteristic corners of Venice. The inspiration for the the painting were effects related to the mood and climate of a city. Green tone dominating in the painting perfectly reflects the atmosphere of the tight, moldy and mossy corners of Venice, emphasizing their mysteriousness, uniqueness and beauty. Work made in oil technique, on canvas, varnished with satin varnish. The image is signed l.d. "Łukasiewicz XVIII" and on the reverse "Łukasiewicz - Venice I - 2018, 100 x 80".
