Venice / The "NOlWoBe Art" Series Print

How to convey the mood, atmosphere, or rather the "artmosphere" of a given place or piece of music, how to show emotional experiences, delight, astonishment, admiration in the form of an abstract image. "Venice" is a painting from the "NOlWoBe Art" series - New but looking old,worn but still beautiful. The series is inspired by the atmosphere,the history of old walls,walls that have not been renovated for a long time,places where subsequent generations of people lived.While traveling,you can sometimes come across buildings that have already been abandoned by people,often scheduled for demolition,or neglected tenement houses.I then look at the outside visible old walls with discoloration,remnants of wallpaper,paint.When I take photos of such places,I feel the atmosphere of nostalgia,the passage of time,the aura of mystery. Another inspiration for this series of paintings are old objects,such as wooden wardrobes,doors,boards and fabrics,such as lace,silk,etc..
