ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The work "When the day is waning" performed in 2017 in the technique of oil painting can be considered the progenitor of abstract landscapes in my work.The color scheme built on the nuances of tan, red-brown and yellowish shades gives rise to a sense of the autumn landscape, light impending twilight, the textured surface creates an additional play of light-shade.
