About The Artwork
Oil on canvas Signed on the front. This piece is a 152 x 91 cm oil painting on canvas. It requires stretching. This painting will be rolled and packed in a sturdy mailing tube for safety purposes. This is the safest way to deliver a large canvas. In this piece, I wanted to create an atmospheric sky/ landscape painting where imagination can roam free as we gaze at the shapes of the clouds and rediscover layers of colours underneath the top surface peeking through. I am a gallery artist based in Sydney. I am currently exhibiting with my gallery at The Affordable Art Fair, 15-18 June. Commissions are welcome. Please be understanding that I only do landscape and do not copy works of other artists.

Finalist Lethbridge 20,000 Small Scale Art Award 2023. Represented by Sketch Collective Gallery, Sydney. I am an artist from Blue Mountains, just outside of Sydney, Australia. I started my art journey just over 20 years ago, starting in portrait drawings in charcoal and graphite. I have a graphic design and photography background. I have exhibited my photography works a number of times but I have only discovered my love for landscape paintings in the recent years. I love painting expressive landscapes with acrylic, oils and pastels. My main influence is the impressionists, including Claude Monet, Renoir, Camille Pissarro and Arthur Streeton. My goal is to capture the beauty of nature that people often take for granted. I never lack inspiration when there’s beauty all around us and above us.
