This painting shows Koi fish swimming in dark blue water. As well as transfixing shades of orange and pearliest white, the curves and ellipses these fish make when swimming are truly beautiful and deserve to be noticed. I captured the movement in the water by using a palette knife to texture the background. This painting represents inner tranquillity, freshness, and calm. Artist signed on the back.
