About The Artwork
Birds always there somewhere. This work as with all my art is an expression of an inner thought or feeling. This depicts a feeling a moment in time when things are about to change and nothing you can do or say can change it... A lot of my work is focused on the unsaid the unarticulated needs, wants and fears... Most of the faces have an air of passivity unable to stand and demand what is needed or wanted. The masks frequently turn up to cover ones pain and suffering, disappointment, showing the world who you are not.
