About The Artwork
the theme was people in water , and i imagined a child with a diving gear in a small puddle of water, probably in a forest. there seems to be a discrepancy between the swimmer's apparatus and the kind of water she appears ready to jump into, which gives a note of humour to the scene. the technique of acrylic on paper allows me to work fast yet layer the paint thickly in dynamic strokes, adding life and movement to the picture
