About The Artwork

They were waiting for the train ... Life is a sum of expectations, I thought this when I took this photo. I treat people as accidents, in this series of photographs, the protagonist is the cage, the limit. Life is also a show where everyone is the same ... I feel other strange people, like aliens, I feel them like bricks inside the wall: all the same, that's why I really like putting them out of focus, blurring them because i'm interested in their acts, not in their being. The photo is printed The photo comes with signed & numbered Certificate of Authenticity, to be affixed to the back when framed. Also my signature at the back of the photo. Paper is Fuji. *** few words on Asperger’s Syndrome Aspie is a man or a woman or a boy or a girl who’s affected by asperger’s syndrome. What does it means? It means that we are not like normal people, we are weird, we’re naive, we are like hamsters (and i use this word cause our thoughts are too fast, like an hamster in the wheel) in the middle of the wolves; we don’t know how to be ipocrite we could talk for hours about our interests, but if u ask us what we’ve did yesterday, we remain in silence. If somebody says us something, for us it’s true. No way. Easily we feel disrupted, won, desperate. We are wrong, we But i want remember to us that many artists are, or were aspergers: From Mozart to Sir Anthony Hopkins, Dan Aykroyd… Andy Warhol. C-type printing gives true continuous tone, sharp photographic images, with crisp and precise edge to edge printing. C-type photographic technology has taken over from the traditional photographic process and uses an LED light source to expose images onto photosensitive professional paper stock. This process is known as ‘wet processing’ in the same manner as traditional photography, otherwise known as ‘RA4’ or ‘C-type’ printing.

ASPERGER... Do you know Sheldon Cooper of the serial "Big Bang Theory"? Then you know a bit me too, but I'm not a scientist like him... I'm an Italian artist, based in Rome, I'm doing art, researching new ways to express myself and my vision of the reality. Because reality simply doesn't exist, is only a point of view. My projects talk about this research: I live in Rome with my girlfriend, four dogs, and three cats only a few years ago I found myself as an artist. Hope you like my artworks. I have Asperger's Syndrome (ASD, Autistic Spectrum Disorders) It's not simple for me talking about myself. I was diagnosed with autistic spectrum disturb about four years ago, it was the key moment of my life, the diagnosis made me more conscious about my self and my past life. I want to spread the voice of the autistic people.
