About The Artwork
If you purchase the original, it is 13" X 19”, signed by the artist. The original is borderless, printed on Red River Arctic Polar Luster paper. Arctic Polar Luster features a deep luster finish which offers the perfect balance between deeply saturated color and minimized gloss reflectivity. If you use pigment inks, this is especially helpful and will greatly reduce gloss differential and bronzing. I wanted to get a shot of my city in the predawn hours with all the lights showing. Upon editing the image I realized that it looked very calming and reminded me of a postcard or a chamber of commerce image. It was shot in the early morning at a slow shutter speed which allowed for the streeking of the taillights and the starburst of the headlights. It was in March of 2020 and the streets were decorated for Saint Patrick's day and you can see advertisement for the annual pub crawl. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic the pub crawl didn't happen as scheduled.

Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Robert Hover, and I am a photographer, videographer, and creator. I am a 59-year-old leukemia survivor who drove trucks for 15 years, but after being diagnosed with leukemia and having a bone marrow transplant, I started pursuing my creative passion of photography. I love doing landscape photography and especially sunrise and sunsets, no two are ever the same. God paints a different one every time. I also enjoy waterdrop and lens ball photography. I enjoy exhibiting and selling my work at art galleries and printed on merchandise. Some of my photographic artwork is on display at Lake Huron Woods senior community in Fort Gratiot, Michigan.
