Real horse photographed in the USA.Arabian layers of Naga Snake motifs. A yogic practice of a focussed gaze, used as a means of developing concentration. It can help to enhance focus during asana, pranayama or meditation, and aids in the withdrawal of the senses for a heightened sense of self-awareness. The term drishti is Sanskrit for “eyesight” or “vision,” and the practice is believed to help cultivate insight and inner wisdom through the third eye. Although drishti relates to the fifth of Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga, pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), it is not explicitly mentioned in the Yoga Sutras. An early reference to the practice occurs in the Bhagavad Gita, in which Krishna instructs Arjuna to "hold one's body and head erect in a straight line and stare steadily at the tip of the nose." Drishti can also be referred to as dristi, drshti, or dristhi.

WELCOME I am an Artist presently live in Europe .I have been a multimedia artiste most of my life.Born in France.My french mother was a super model who brought me to the USA at the age of 2yrs. old.Working and living in major cities I grew tired of the hussle n bussle and started to spend much of my free time with my horse friends here in the front range of Colorado.I have been a Professional Hair stylist and Makeup Artiste for 20yrs.I decided to start adding the same makeup and henna designs i would apply to the many fashion models and belly dancers, onto my mountain horse friends.Finding much peace and horse medicine, I soon realized that horses have alot of yogic qualities relating to my personal growth with yoga . Spending many yrs.photographing horses in Colorado.
