Gabriela Iancu is a multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of photography, motion, and design. With a keen focus on our connection to the natural world and outer space, Gabriela explores the poetics of photography through subjects like flowers, food, space, or the abstract. Her short films about space exploration are a powerful symbol of reaching into the public consciousness and inspiring us to rethink our connection to the world and nature. Light, color, and textures play a pivotal role in Gabriela's work, as she masterfully combines photography with motion, design, AI, or AR. This intersection adds depth and richness to her work, further accentuating its unique and captivating nature. Gabriela’s work has been featured at Adobe Max, Adobe Learn and Adobe Live, Forbes and WebMD magazine, NASA TV, the International Space Station, Space Center Houston, and Australia’s Science Channel. Gabriela graduated from SCAD Atlanta with an MFA in Photography in 2015.
