Her achievements are a testament to her dedication and skill. She was honored by the Jewish Historical Institute in the photo competition "Historic Sites of Ghetto in Częstochowa" in Poland, 2016. This accolade is a reflection of her ability to capture poignant historical narratives through her lens. At the Hazelhurst Regional Gallery and Arts Centre in NSW, Australia, Karolina's work received the 2nd Prize in the "Taking Flight" photo competition in 2015. This event celebrated the pioneering work of Lawrence Hargrave in aviation, and Karolina's highly commended entry was later exhibited at the: Articles Gallery in Stanwell Park, NSW, further amplifying her recognition in the field. Karolina's participation in the Junction Arts Festival in August 2011 in Launceston, Tasmania, showcased her innovative blend of photography and digital art.
