Shards hurt fingers, every square centimeter of the mosaic takes hours of work. Before assembling oneself in a harmonious unity of forms and colors, a person has to split the ideas about oneself and the figures that are important to him or her. Until the identity is not found, there is only the outline of the self—image - a figure in the background. Gradually, it will be filled with precious fragments of smalt: a full variety of ideas, tolerance and compromises that will allow a person to make the world richer with his presence. Before that, there is only black and white, "bad and good". And the only color at the beginning of the path is scarlet. The color of blood, which marks becoming through pain. Soon other colors will fill this contour. Besides pain, there will be life, hope, joy, and a dream. In the meantime, the uncertainty of the shadow man, who has only bad, good and pain.
