ABOUT THE ARTWORK

In this painting, I used metaphors and associations, trying to use simple natural forms to convey deeper philosophical meanings, the opposite and unity of dark and light, night and day, white and black, good and evil, winter and spring, struggle and peace, darkness and east the sun... Currently, the limited edition of the origina art works is not available, because there is a war in Ukraine, and Saatchiart does not guarantee delivery to the buyer. All works of any size will be available when peace comes to Ukraine.

My name is Larysa Kiriazieva. I was born in the city of Alchevsk, Lugansk region. Now I live in Kyiv. Photography is my great love. But landscape is my favorite genre. I like this feeling of oneness with Mother Nature, dissolving in her, merging with the origins. I like to peer, listen attentively, quiet down myself and not influence what is happening, waiting for an unusual moment in things that seem ordinary and everyday, by which everyone usually passes by in a hurry, I like to wait for Nature to trust you, open up, and give you some that is an unusual moment. I really appreciate these moments, and I don't really like to bring something of myself into the photo. I like to be a simple observer, contemplator, guide. Spy on and share with people your feelings, joy and love. I really love the color, and when processing it I emphasize it a little in order to convey what it really was and how I felt it. But I don't like to radically interfere with photography during processing, I like it as it is. I love painting, drawing. I love going on hiking trips with friends, for new shots. I have been a member of the National Union of Photo Artists of Ukraine (NUPAU) since 2005.
