About The Artwork
Marine City is a city in St. Clair County in the U.S. state of Michigan. Located on the west bank of the St. Clair River, it is one of the cities in the River District north of Detroit and south of Lake Huron. In the late 19th century, it was a major center of wooden shipbuilding and lumber processing. The population was 4,248 at the 2010 census. The city formerly featured an international auto ferry service, The Bluewater Ferry to Sombra, Ontario, Canada across the river

Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Robert Hover, and I am a photographer, videographer, and creator. I am a 59-year-old leukemia survivor who drove trucks for 15 years, but after being diagnosed with leukemia and having a bone marrow transplant, I started pursuing my creative passion of photography. I love doing landscape photography and especially sunrise and sunsets, no two are ever the same. God paints a different one every time. I also enjoy waterdrop and lens ball photography. I enjoy exhibiting and selling my work at art galleries and printed on merchandise. Some of my photographic artwork is on display at Lake Huron Woods senior community in Fort Gratiot, Michigan.
