ABOUT THE ARTWORK

This series belongs to a series called "Women", black and white digital photographs, taken over ten years in different parts of the world. Many of them are street photographs, shots from distance, spontaneous. In this project I try to reflect their perceptions, their resistances and strengths, their sufferings. That which exalts the experience, wisdom and daily life of each one, valuing the enormous capacity to adapt to the ever-changing circumstances of life. With this record, I intend to save the females of this time, their posture in life, their image, their struggles, their outfits, ceremonies and rituals, their daily life. So that no one forgets us, so that we are considered in our fair measure. And celebrated.
