inspiration: I seem to remember that, in May 84/85 on a honeymoon trip, we went to eat at a typical restaurant on the Catalan coast that was almost empty, and the lady who served us was very nice and after eating, she sat with us in the after-dinner conversation. We were chatting for a long time...and at the end of the evening, she told us that she was going to tell us a secret:  That his "boy", who at the time was doing his military service, was going to become the best cook in the world.  A few years later I remembered this conversation when I saw on the news that the restaurant where we ate that day was El Bulli and this fact stuck in my memory. The summer of 2020 we were on vacation in Asturias and in the port of Llanes.  We saw people swirling in front of a fishing boat that was unloading its nets to overflowing. As we approached, what a surprise to see that they were not fish, but seaweed. The next day, walking along the beach I saw that in the sand sedimented under the sun the Ocle forming beautiful abstractions that inspired me and I began to photograph with my cell phone those artistic forms that nature lent me. I uploaded some photographs to Instagram after editing them and the Art Critic Joan Lluís Montané, contacted me, interested about the series, I searched the internet and an article appeared in "El Mundo" titled:  I was delighted to know that Ferrán Adrià, was the alchemist who helped so many people to get out of scarcity and I contacted him to tell him such a beautiful story of synchronicities.
