About The Artwork
It was inspired by my Buddhist practice, one day as I was chanting 'Nam Myoho Renge Kyo' for the happiness of oneself and others. Below my altar I have this art deco, while I was gazing at it. The urge of taking a photo of it had suddenly emerged in my stilled mind 'Peace' and what does it mean to me? As I carried on chanting It reminded me of the virtues of a Buddha, true-self, happiness, purity, and happiness. And I hope we can all search these qualities within our heart.
