I started to get interested in photography in 1997. At that time I made friends with some guys who were professional photographers. Their way of life influenced me a great deal and I decided I wanted to be like them. I bought a camera and went out to take pictures. At first I was a bit lost, but I learnt fast, on the fly. Later I joined a couple of friends who were studying journalism and we began to write articles with photos, which we tried to sell to magazines and newspapers. I continued with my regular job (which I still have) and at the same time I continued doing the articles. Furthermore, I started taking pictures at rock concerts. However, after 3 or 4 years I lost interest and gave it up. In 1999 I became interested in photography once again, I did some courses, I bought a lot of books on photography, learnt the new digital techniques and I bought a new digital camera. In 2003 I set up “Brogit online art gallery” specializing in photography. During the years that the gallery was open I had the opportunity to meet many artists and see a large number of photographs. In recent years I have taken pictures for stock agencies. I’m interested in cities and the people who live in them. I often walk through the streets with my camera.
