About The Artwork
Most people know that Underground System of Moscow is one of the most beautiful in the world. For a long time I was fascinated with architecture in general and architecture of Moscow Metro in particular. All of the stations were designed by different architects and it shows. Stations are very different. And when you start noticing smaller details and the way those details look together, it is breathtaking! All those combinations of curved and angular lines, ovals and squares. Especially older stations have so many unexplained details. But it is for untrained eye. It all works together great! I loved to go underground to take photographs in the winter time when it was cold in the streets. And the winters are long in Moscow. Hope you like the way I see this underground architecture of Moscow.

Growing up In Moscow, having lived in Chicago and now in Montevideo. Traveling extensively made Vitaliy admire great and interesting architecture all over the world. Among those, lines architecture of nature were discovered. The presence of people in both did not escape his eyes either.
