About The Artwork

I am very close to the Japanese aesthetics and philosophy of wabi sabi (wabi-sabi). Wabi-sabi characterizes the ability to perceive beauty and art in its essence, genuineness and no frills, to see beauty in the most simple and natural things. This is the scene that caught my attention. At first glance, everything is simple in it. But, if you look closely, it plays with an interesting graphic rhythmic pattern and attractive picturesque spots. Early spring. The snow had just melted on the ground and the ice on the river. Nature is awakening. The first buds and first leaves appear on the trees. A very bright blue sky is reflected in the water of the river. Aspen catkins have just appeared and therefore have a very bright pink-red color. Sunlight shines on them. They flutter in the wind and create a bright colored picturesque abstract spot against the uniform black graphic lines of the willow in the background, which grows everywhere on the river bank. Early spring is distinguished by a very bright multi-colored color scheme that creates a joyful cheerful mood. Spring in Ukraine. Dnipro river. The author's limited edition will be available for sale when peace comes to Ukraine.

My name is Larysa Kiriazieva. I was born in the city of Alchevsk, Lugansk region. Now I live in Kyiv. Photography is my great love. But landscape is my favorite genre. I like this feeling of oneness with Mother Nature, dissolving in her, merging with the origins. I like to peer, listen attentively, quiet down myself and not influence what is happening, waiting for an unusual moment in things that seem ordinary and everyday, by which everyone usually passes by in a hurry, I like to wait for Nature to trust you, open up, and give you some that is an unusual moment. I really appreciate these moments, and I don't really like to bring something of myself into the photo. I like to be a simple observer, contemplator, guide. Spy on and share with people your feelings, joy and love. I really love the color, and when processing it I emphasize it a little in order to convey what it really was and how I felt it. But I don't like to radically interfere with photography during processing, I like it as it is. I love painting, drawing. I love going on hiking trips with friends, for new shots. I have been a member of the National Union of Photo Artists of Ukraine (NUPAU) since 2005.
