My name is Hristo Vladev. I am Bulgarian photojournalist and documentary photographer born in 1973. At the beginning of my professional career I used to work as a staff photographer for many Bulgarian daily newspapers and news agencies. During the past years I cooperate with NurPhoto Agency, Italy. In the stories I tell I consider people being important, as well as their feelings and emotions. I try to go in the depths, to reach the bottom of the event, to figure out and capture the causes for it. I am keen on being honest and objective and to approach with respect because I believe that photojournalism is not only photography but responsibility as well.
