About The Artwork
was made upon a previous painting( Alpine Flowers ). Realised with free hand by scratching with a needle on 3 different Plexisglass plates (A4 format for each of 3 color Layers) then printing all together with Black, Blue and Red print ink on Fabriano 100% paper. Drypoint is a printmaking technique of the intaglio family. The key is to use a free hand on metal/plexiglas intaglio ( no copies transfer are supported in this teqnique). The printable paper area is 31x21,5cm and all the Paper is of 50x35cm. What you see is the printed area of 31x21,5cm. Thanks!
