IntroPerspectiv 1 - Limited Edition of 1 Print

I created for the license exam a series of 8 self-portraits in drypoint technique, which I organized as a square. adjacent, we also created a frame-by-frame film to complete the composition. Self-portraits represent prototypes of states, because they can be interpreted according to each viewer. Each paper is drawn and engraved on a plexiglass plate and printed on rice paper. Before creating the images, I made each chassis, frame, stretched the canvas on the chassis, treated it with a solution of the glue and water. After printing, I made a solution of rice flour and water and I used it to glue rice paper onto the canvas. In the end I intervened with pencil, colors in oil or spray, integrating graphic elements in the compositions. IntroPerspectiv is a combination of two terms which means inner perspective, return to self, insight.
