I moved to Portland from Atlanta, a very different culture and lifestyle. I noticed the drivers in Portland first, very polite, they didn't use their horns very much. One thing they did do was stop a full car length from the other car at a traffic like. I asked another invader about this once. I told her I thought the driver's might be stoned. "They're the kids of stoners," she said. "They think that's normal." Maybe, it could just be the rain.
