My work emerges from what I see around me within an urban and comtemporary concept. The slightest element in something I see can spark a vision, a reorganization of ideas that take on a new form. From that point on my creative work begins, as well as that of concept assimilation and acceptance becouse the ideal and perfect pieces are still only in my imagination. As a ceramist, I shall always be learning and suprising myself as I add new elements that will visualy lend the piece lightness, softness, quality and most of all, a sense freedon within my expression, Malu Serra - plastic artist, ceramist and teacher
