Inspired by Renoir: New Impressionism

Pierre-Auguste Renoir was one of the leading figures of the Impressionist movement. A master of light and color, he painted en plein air (outdoors), using rapid brushstrokes to capture fleeting moments and colors in the changing environment. Today, artists like Elizabeth Lennie, Vahe Yeremyan, and Oscar Alvarez continue to pay homage to Impressionism.
