Kinoptic Art / Illusory Motion

These Static Patterns Move, But It’s All an Illusion! My autokinetic art pieces feature illusory motion that tricks your eyes into perceiving movement where there is none. When you look at my optical art pictures, the motion detectors in your visual cortex become "confused" by changes in neurons, leading you to believe that you're seeing movement. This phenomenon can be both mesmerizing and intriguing, as your brain tries to make sense of the visual information it's receiving.
