Cocoon

This work is about scanography. I have been working with this special imaging technique for over 20 years. The compositions consist of the most diverse materials to visualise my theme »cocoon«. In doing so, I pose the question of the shell and external presentation of the human being, but at the same time this always means questioning self-perception. In all this, aesthetics is always in the foreground for me, not only to show the most attractive shell as well, but also to give beauty to the greatest grey.
